Caffeine is a well-studied, low risk (and legal) performance enhancer. Athletes often use these Gels as a pre-race boost thanks to both the carb and caffeine contents. They can also be incorporated into a strategy, such as midway through a long race, to deliver another caffeine dose and help mask fatigue.

Does not contain electrolytes, as they're designed to be used alongside our Precision Hydration range
Typically used on its own during shorter efforts, or combined with other Precision Fuel products, or real foods, when going longer

Tear open and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.

This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Contains caffeine (100mg/serving). Take up to 1 serving per hour, maximum 4 per day. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.
